The term "outside parties" does not include The Video Editor, Inc. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. The following describes the terms on which The Video Editor offers you products and services. By submitting a videotape or discs or other materials to the The Video Editor (the "Service"), you "Customers" accept the terms and conditions below. The Video Editor may, at its discretion, add or delete features. You agree to use the Service consistent with all laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms below.
1. Customer Content
The Video Editor is not responsible for the content of any Video Editor product, and the views expressed in the Customer content are the responsibility of the Customer and not The Video Editor. The Video Editor reserves the right to refuse to transfer any content using the Service. The Video Editor places a legal disclaimer on each Service product. Removal of that disclaimer or any additional information placed along with the disclaimer is prohibited. The Video Editor provides the Service but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of the Service. The Video Editor is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of content. Customers are responsible for monitoring and creating backups of their videotapes.
The following is a non-exclusive list of actions and content that are not permitted: use of copyrighted material without the express permission of the owner, use of material that is likely to infringe upon the copyright of third parties, material that encroaches the rights of others, including expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred, material that is perceived by The Video Editor as abusive, deceptive, profane, slanderous, offensive, or inappropriate, including pornography or material that violates any laws or regulations of any governing body with jurisdiction over The Video Editor, its affiliates and/or users.
It is the policy of The Video Editor to report suspected illegal activities to law enforcement agencies and to cooperate fully with their investigations.
2. Copyrighted Material
All material provided by The Video Editor including, without limitation, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, both as individual works and as a collection. The use of copyrighted material provided by The Video Editor or a third-party content provider is allowed by Customers for personal use. Customers may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
THE DVD MEDIA SUPPLIED BY THE VIDEO EDITOR IS WARRANTED FOR 30 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT TO CUSTOMERS FOR PHYSICAL DEFECTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NEITHER THE VIDEO EDITOR NOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDER MAKES ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERVICE.
THE CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY AGREES THAT THE VIDEO EDITOR OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONDUCT BY CUSTOMERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VIDEOTAPE CONTENT.
THE VIDEO EDITOR AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS MAKE NO GUARANTEE OF THE ACCURACY, CORRECTNESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR PRODUCT AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS ARISING FROM THE USE OF SUCH INFORMATION; ANY FAILURES, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN THE DELIVERY OF ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES CONTAINED WITHIN THE SERVICE; OR LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
4. Indemnity by Customer
A Customer agrees to indemnify The Video Editor and any third-party provider against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the Customer's use of the Service. This expressly includes claims or any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
5. Choice of Law; Jury Trial Waiver
This Agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The laws of the State of California will govern any dispute arising hereunder. The Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts of the State of California. THE PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.
6. Merger Clause
This Agreement along with the The Video Editor Member Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between The Video Editor representatives and the Customer. The Video Editor may amend this Agreement at any time with notice from The Video Editor to the Customer as published on The Video Editor.com.
Service Agreement: Limit of Liability and Guarantee
By submitting transfer order, the customer requests processing services described and agree to pay the standard charges therefore. Customer declares that all materials submitted for transfer are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customers will indemnity and hold The Video Editor harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. All work submitted for transfer is for Non-Commercial use and is only intended for personal enjoyment.
Customer further agrees that liability for any damage or loss of material submitted for transfer will be limited to the cost of replacement of such film, tape, slides, or any other materials including blank tape or unused materials, with non-exposed similar materials. Due to the possibilities of unauthorized duplication The Video Editor does not issue refunds. Transferred materials can only be as good as the original material submitted with some quality of the original source, we can only preserve it in the condition in which received. Be certain that your DVD player is DVD-R compatibility; this includes DVD players, any computers and video game systems. The Video Editor is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the U. S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or any other package carrier.
